Ninja Science Academy is expanding to Hawaiʻi and select destinations worldwide
A New Kind of Family Experience—Created for Your Resort
Ninja Science Academy designs founder-led residencies that bring science, movement, wellness, music, family experiences, and collaborative content into one coordinated four-week pilot—built around your property, your guests, and your team.
This is a professional guest-experience innovation partnership. We are selecting between one and three founding resorts per island.

Total Programming value: approximately $20,000–$40,000+, depending on final scope.
Planning ranges are informed by published NSA pricing and publicly available provider pricing for science shows, private group yoga, sound experiences, Hawaiʻi photography and videography, live music, program development, and content production. These are not like-for-like formal quotes. Property-specific proposals require agreed scope and current local comparisons.

Cultural respect

Together we identify useful gaps and opportunities.
- 03
Experience selection
We choose the most relevant science, movement, wellness, music, staff, and content elements.
- 04
Four-week design
NSA builds a practical schedule, requirements list, creative brief, and measurement plan.
- 05
Hosted residency
We deliver, observe, communicate, and adapt within the agreed scope.

Approved content production
We capture only the people and moments cleared for production.
- 07
Results review
Both teams examine participation, feedback, operations, and opportunity.

Measurement
How we judge the pilot together
- Attendance and participation by experience type
- Guest and family feedback collected with the resort
- Staff feedback and operational fit
- Repeat participation across the four weeks
- Interest in premium or ticketed formats
- Approved content performance, where the resort chooses to share it
- A written post-pilot recommendation roadmap
If it works
Where a successful pilot can lead
- Seasonal or recurring residencies
- Paid weekly family programming
- Holiday and school-break packages
- Signature family-experience weekends
- Wellness and family retreats
- Science-and-nature destination programs
- Resort-branded children’s experiences
- Staff training or licensed curriculum
- Ticketed premium events
- Long-term educator-, artist-, or family-programming residencies
- Collaborative content campaigns
None of these paths is automatic. Each would be negotiated separately.
Resort partnership FAQ
Questions leadership teams ask
Selected founding partners do not pay a separate professional programming fee during the four-week pilot. The resort hosts the Rhea family through agreed lodging and meals and provides the spaces, liaison, and operational support defined in the pilot agreement. Other travel, production, supply, and property-specific costs are negotiated before confirmation.
Not automatically. The supervision model depends on the specific activity, age group, resort policy, local law, licensing, insurance, and written scope. Programs may be family-participation experiences, parent-present activities, or resort-staff-supported sessions. NSA will not represent a program as drop-off childcare unless every applicable requirement is satisfied.
No. The best pilot is selective. We build the calendar around your guests, brand, facilities, existing teams, and objectives.
Yes. The residency is designed as an enhancement. We collaborate with existing teams, avoid duplicating strong programs, and look for places where an integrated science, movement, music, or wellness experience can add value.
The goal is 20+ scheduled programming hours per week and 80+ across four weeks. Final hours, formats, closures, weather contingencies, illness, cancellation terms, and substitutions must be defined in the signed scope.
The final agreement specifies the number and type of assets, production days, editing, review rounds, delivery, ownership, usage rights, releases, and privacy restrictions. Marketing collaboration should not be interpreted as unlimited production.
Local knowledge leads. NSA does not claim authority over Native Hawaiian, Indigenous, or local culture. Place-connected programming is created with resort guidance and, where appropriate, local cultural or environmental practitioners.
We review the results together. Either party may conclude the collaboration, refine the model, or negotiate a separate paid seasonal, recurring, licensing, training, retreat, or long-term residency agreement.
Deep customization takes time. Limiting the initial group of partners protects quality, preserves meaningful differentiation, and allows us to learn with each partner rather than repeat one generic package everywhere.
We consider family demographics, programming goals, brand and mission alignment, facilities, operational readiness, cultural approach, travel timing, hosting arrangements, and the potential for a mutually valuable long-term relationship.
